tower of london weekend

We had a weekend of two theatre shows and a visit to the Tower of London (which was very interesting). Hotel check in was slow but the hotel (Tower a Guoman) was very good. Pity the tube was off all weekend so the buses were very busy.

London break

Excellent city break, on our 30th wedding anniversary. Hotel room upgrade taken, excellent room clean and well equipted. So can not comment on standard rooms. Breakfast in hotel fantastic, food a plenty and well cooked, nice area for eating, no pressure to rush. All staff helpful and polite when needed. Went to theatre on 1st night to see the Jersey boys, Excellent, every actor was brilliant, great music show. Tower of London well worth the money to visit, places of interest abound not enough time in 3 days to see all. Transport system, tube taxis fantastic, you can get anywhere quick and easy.
