A customer from WESTON-SUPER-MARE who stayed at 3* Jurys Inn Chelsea in Chelsea wrote this review.
everything about our break was good apart the directions to the hotel given in confirmation letter. the name of the road we had to follow was wrong and we spent at least an hour wondering around chelsea asking people for the wrong road that they had never heard of. not good when you have to drag a 6 year old around in the rain.

A customer who stayed at 2* Kensington West Hotel in Kensington wrote this review.
A very clean and quiet hotel. But the thin blinds let alot of street lighting in making it hard to sleep. Also a lack of tea/coffee facillities in the room was disapointing. The flat screen TV could only be viewed from one position in the room, so everyone piled onto the bed to see! A nearby cafe was excellent for breakfasts though, a full english with all the bits just £3.50! Handy for the tube and near to the main rd out of London to the west, makes this a good choice if your visiting London. Shame about those blinds though.
