We saw The Lion King show, which was ok, but dragged on in parts, for my 6 year old lad. We had a great time round the sights on the tube and had a good meal in Chinatown. On the Sunday we went on the Ducktours tour, which although original and fun, it was quite dissappointing, with not being able to see much on the road part, and in particular not even driving past Buckingham palace. The hotel in Canary Wharf was superb, the staff and facilites were excellent. We have been to London many times and this hotel was the best we have stayed at

Best mode of transport is by Thames boat it takes you to all the main attractions on one fare view of the o2 building from hotel room. Stomp - very funny totally unexpected along with their talent for making music from household objects!

The International Hotel was good and it was worth the extra £20 per night to upgrade to higher level view and bigger room. The view was excellent and we could see the iconic Canary Wharf building. Excellent meal on first night in Hotel. One or 2 niggles regards Air con in room and trying to access wifi. Would stay again on either business or personal visit. Extremely handy for Tube and Docklands Light Railway (DLR) Phantom may have been running for years and there might bot be Sarah Brightman or Michael Crawford but this was a brilliant show and great cast. The audience stood as one and cheered and clapped heartily. £120 well spent on 2 tickets. You should go and see it

We really only went to see the Tutankhamun Exibition which was absolutely fabulous. I,ve been to London before so I took my sister and her friend to as many places I could in the time we had. They relly enjoyed themselves and will be back sometime soon, I think!! The International Hotel was fabulous and the staff very polite and helpful. It was great being in Canary Wharf and will be going back as soon as I've managed to save some money!!

We stayed in London for one night to watch the musical Hairspray. We got to Waterloo by train at about 10:30 and were booked into our hotel by around 11:30. The hotel was just a short walk from Canary Wharf underground station and the DLR. Travel was easy on the underground using the Jubilee line from Canary Wharf to connect with the other tube routes. We did underestimate the time it took to get about on the tube and missed the first couple of minutes of the show. Our hotel was clean, neat, tidy and air conditioned. We had plenty of space and had a great view across the docklands. (We could see the o2 arena in the distance.) Although the DLR passed right by the hotel, it wasn't loud enough to keep us awake; in fact we could barely hear it at all.
